Sirion's interface is a usability nightmare clunky, outdated, and painfully slow for basic contract navigation, approvals, or dashboard access. Buttons hide in illogical spots, searches flop constantly, and mobile support is laughably broken. When bugs strike like perpetual loading or sync failures support ghosts you for over a week, halting workflows and costing precious deal time. For a high-end CLM platform, this lack of polish and urgency is indefensible; we've burned hours on crude workarounds for issues fixed years ago elsewhere. Steer clear if you value sanity over digital torture.
