I had issues tonight, pulling my hair out so initially not in the best mood. Had live chat with Kieran who i have to say has superb customer skills. As always its not the issues one faces, no one can be perfect all the time, but what really matters in business is looking after your customers. Easier to keep them than find new ones. Kieran knows that and he just handled the situation in a true professional manner making the customer feel happy at all times. Kieran i salute you
