I had to migrate my site over from Crazy Domains (cos they turned to mush) and Relentless were there to hold my hand the whole way even after midnight a couple of nights as we couldn't have the site down during normal working hours.

I had no problems with them for 5 years whilst I was on a shared server. Then one day they suddenly took my site down without telling me because I had over 100,000 files on it. I rang them and they put it back immediately and then said I had to move to a virtual server ($580/year) which I did. It was then that my problems started. I couldn't get help at all to get it going. All they said was use Google or get a local expert to help you - with THEIR PROBLEMS!!! I have just paid $99 to get special help but I suspect it is good money after bad.
