I am a web design agency, and have been using bytehouse for many years. I have always found them to be courteous and professional, and quick to help. Noticed that they've had a few bad reviews recently and felt that they deserved some one to stick up for them. They did suffer a DDoS attack, but I believe that they handled it well considering the circumstances. I have both VPS and dedicated servers with them. As for the quality of the support, I have found it still very good, and since they've increased the number of people, I've noticed that whatever time of day or night I place a ticket in it does get addressed in detail and with a blow by blow method of resolution (as well as sorting it out). So I highly recommend and have no intention of leaving them.
