We purchased Comindware Tracker mostly to automate the work of the IT Helpdesk Department as the amount of work was unbearable. We had to organize the whole IT requests in the right way. After getting we tool we customized it to our particular needs and we got a powerful tool to move the work of the IT department to a new level. At least we have no complaints about slow service any more. Our million thanks to the company developer for the tool.
