My experience working with Comindware is just several weeks, but I can claim that they take tech support very serious. Firstly, you can use their Knowledge base and get the answers to your questions there. You can also use lots of data sheets, legal documents, videos etc to understand better how their tool works. In case you feel desperate you are able to get in touch with the support team and ask them everything you are interested in. I get only pleasure contacting the company and, of course, I am satisfied with the tool Comindware Tracker I use from Comindware.
