Customer+service+has+been+really+mixed+with+them+letting+us+down+at+critical+points.+Their+hosting+has+been+fine+for+the+majority+however+when+we+have+come+to+upgrade+our+services+or+amend+services+e.g.+new+server,+moving+server,+closing+old+hosting+packages+down,+this+has+been+where+the+customer+support+has+let+us+down.+Issues+such+as+forgetting+to+move+across+domain+name+registrations,+moving+account+info,+not+setting+up+name+servers,+security+holes+(and+blaming+us)+have+really+taken+away+that+seamless+transfer+(especially+when+it's+all+with+the+same+hosting+company+eukhost!).+On+the+other+hand+it's+hardly+the+most+expensive+hosting+service+and+with+anything,+you+get+what+you+pay+for.+Don't+be+put+off+by+my+review+but+instead+don't+rely+on+their+customer+support,+double+check,+triple+check+everything+the+customer+support+are+doing+for+you.+There's+some+great+customer+service+representatives+their+but+some+really+rubbish+ones+too.
