I+moved+to+EZPZ+from+another+provider+in+late+2011+after+the+terrible+outsourced+IT+Support+in+India+from+my+previous+host.+I+had+been+with+my+previous+host+for+a+number+of+years+but+always+I+would+have+to+chase+their+support+team++via+ticket+or+livechat.+Don't+get+me+wrong+livechat+was+good+but+painfully+slow+and+they+would+always+transfer+you.+Since+being+with+EZPZ+I+can't+fault+them!+When+I+need+support+I+log+a+support+ticket+via+email+or+their+client+area,+and+within+less+that+5+minutes+I+have+a+reply!+Also+a+reseller+their+End+User+Support+actually+works+really+well+and+integrates+with+WHMCS,+my+previous+hosts+was+terrible!+There+has+only+been+one+period+of+downtime+due+to+a+DOS+attack,+but+that's+not+their+fault!+I+hope+I+stay+with+them+for+years+to+come+and+that+many+of+you+have+faith+to+jump+ship+to+this+great+host.
