I+moved+to+another+hosting+provider+from+EUKHOST+in+late+2011+after+their+terrible+outsourced+IT+Support+in+India.+I+had+been+with+EUKHOST+for+a+number+of+years+but+always+I+would+have+to+chase+their+support+team+via+ticket+or+livechat.+Dont+get+me+wrong+livechat+was+good+but+painfully+slow+and+they+would+always+transfer+you.+Their+reseller+features+were+poor+and+their+end+user+support+was+not+what+it+said+on+the+tin!+Services+would+always+stop+on+the+server+I+was+on.+Sometimes+I+would+wait+over+12-24+hours+for+a+ticket+reply!+Not+good!
