Other than the fact that myCP, their control panel, needs a facelift. Superb Internet has a great product: high quality traffic and staff that are not only qualified but really care about service. Time is money so I'm not big on doing reviews unless someone wows me. Superb did this the other week. I was out of town and my server went down for something I did. Superb was monitoring my server, so I received an email and text telling me. 20 minutes later I got a call from a data center from their team who helped me get back online without me having to do anything. This allowed me to be able to continue my holiday with my family. Thank you Superb!
