StarChapter is a very economical solution that provides lightning-fast service and technical support. Their ticket system raises the bar as far as quality and promptness of service. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is their ability to adapt and evolve the product per requests from chapters. The development team is a bit limited in its ability to expedite time-to-market with enhancement recommendations.
