I have been hosting with Crazy for more than 5 years. At first customer support was non existent and slow. However, I persisted with them because they were a young company. I am so glad I did that. In the last two years Crazy Domain's support has grown to be the best there is. It is rare that I need customer support because Crazy Domain hosting is reliable and trouble free. However being a WordPress user exposes me to plugin issues and other WP related glitches. I can now have instant access to Crazy Domain support via the chat or phone service. And each time I have reached out they have been magnificent. They are friendly, intelligent and competent people and they really do care. The one incident I remember is when I called support by error (the domain I was having problems with was actually hosted elsewhere). Nonetheless the Crazy Support staff provided me with valuable advice which helped me resolve the issue within minutes. I know for fact that no other hosting provider would do that. The hosting is fast, reliable and has all the features you need, including backing up Word Press--this being a feature that not even more expensive hosting providers offer. I have since moved more and more of my domains across to Crazy Domains. They are the best at the moment and hopefully they will remain so in the future. Highly recommended.
