"Having a small web design company as a side-line to my main job, I am ( ashamedly ) clueless when it comes to the hosting side of things. I've only ever been with one hosting company previously, and after putting up with the service going down a number of times, and taking some time to get a response I searched around and thought I’d give FreshSites a go. What a difference! My queries are answered promptly and non-patronisingly in plain English - nothing seems too much trouble.
