I was tired of going back and forth to set appointments that always ended up scattered. I gave Acuity a whirl and found it not only easy to use for both me and my clients, but that it really helped me organize my week better. What I do is schedule 2 hour blocks throughout the week that I am willing to take appointments. This helps me block them together an not stress about being interrupted with random appointments throughout the day. I should also mention that my assistant set up my account for me and even styled it up on her first day of the job. She wasn't familiar with any type of scheduling tool and it didn't take her very long at all to get things setup, including paid appointment options. I've been in there to set my schedule and make further adjustments and one it is safe to say that Acuity is VERY simple to use. Why didn't I sign up sooner?
