These guys offer great support for small business guys - like me. I don't have time to troubleshoot every little technical mishap that happens while I'm working up changes to our web presence... and, these guys take care of that by offering great, truly technical support. No matter what my issue has been - regarding redirects, backend server commands, or anything really... they've been able to work me through to a solution. Chuck, one of the best guys around, is sure to help you out if you ever get into a tight spot. I found this company on Reddit and couldn't be happier that I made the switch to their hosting services from a LARGE company that shall not be named. I now have multiple accounts for different entities hosted with Kickassd - and, I couldn't be happier. Oh, and my speeds are very fast, even though I'm in the southern US and they're in Canada. Pretty sure that has to do with the Litespeed integration they offer. The fact that I'm writing this review it all should say something about this company.
