I almost didn't try this, as I'd tried a few booking systems in the past and found them clunky and full of bugs. I'm so glad I did though - it gives a solid, reliable service and is incredibly intuitive when setting up. I'm using the free version and that does everything I need and more. I would recommend 10to8 to start-ups/small businesses - it does exactly what it says it does.
