Not even worth 1 star! Their website builder is terrible! It was meant to be free.. But they kept reverting it to a button that lead to a page wanting payment details. I called to complain and they fixed it telling me I now had access to the whole version for 6mths. 2mths later I tried to access my site when I tried to link it on fb and it wouldn't work. This is how I discovered my site wasn't even operating anymore!! I called them and they told me they upgraded their servers and can not retrieve the work I had done. But offered me 3mths of their paid version. Then at 10pm at night call me to tell me that in order to access this they would need to cancel my email which I paid for but they would "migrate" it.. Then after 3mths I would then need to pay more $$ to keep both?!? What the?? I said don't worry about your website building I will take my business elsewhere but make sure I don't loose my emails. I get off the phone and my email is asking me for a password and won't work any more!!!! This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable since I have paid for 3yrs of email hosting!!! The only reason I went with this company is because I Thought they were Australian but they are clearly not!! Misleading! Deceptive, untrustworthy and just plain terrible!!! Will never use again!!!!
