I have tried lots of help desk and customer service software but LiveAgent is by far the most easy, adaptable, useful aplication you can ever try. No matter what you need, you can do it with LiveAgent. I have set my call center in less than 30 minutes. All is included, telephone, chat, email, web tickets, knowledge base, twitter, facebook. Live Agent is perfect for SMB but as well for big customers and integrators, because they can create call centers on demand for each new project/department with a very low investment compared to the past that was involved hardware, difficult integrations, trainings. I can conclude saying that Live Agent is for me the present and the future of customer service and help desk departments.
