After having checked a lot of different Ticket Systems we selected LiveAgent. Very fair pricing, fast and perfect support. Yes, there are some minor drawbacks (you cannot join or split tickets) and the mobile app is a Little bit strange. But on the other hand - after more than a year - we are still very happy with LiveAgent and would choose it again.
