It's easy to sign on and change things as needed. The customer service is really nice and helpful where they can be. I had tons of problems trying to upload my legal documents to sign up for zen payroll. However, the customer service and engineering teams were really helpful in trying to get it fixed, but it took over a week and multiple lines of communication to finally get it up and running. That being said, I understand sometimes you have to work through the kinks! Be patient! Start-ups go through growing pains, but I think overall, this is a great company and service that will only improve.
