These guys are incredible. They have amazingly responsive support. They really get involved with their customers and have an actual conversation, not just cut-and-paste answers from a template. The Control Panel is top-notch. Lots of features and options. Combined with remote IIS administration, you have very tight control over your site. Their upload/download speeds are impressive for what you pay. Easily 2-3 times faster than the last two hosting providers I used, which were in the same price range. They seem to be implementing new technology quickly and keeping on things, like .NET Core and SQL Server 2016. That makes me feel assured that I'll have access to new technologies in the future if I want to use them. Their knowledge base is pretty robust too. I've found lots of answers on there quickly when I didn't know how to do something, like setting up remote IIS management, hosting multiple domains on one site, etc. The instructions are thorough and very well-written. I really love them!!
