It seems to being doing well for our customers and users. Better use of our officers' time for doing vehicle inspections.Customers can make their own appointments, which frees up our officers' time by cutting down phone calls and data entry.Not being able to customize fully some of the automated email responses, and other various components of the calendars such as setting alerts based on certain data the customers enter into their appointments, and not having the ability to "link" calendars to be able to search for customers making multiple appointments across multiple calendars, or at least alerting people to when it occurs.
