EPIC is very intuitive. Because it's gamified it allows employees to interact in a fun way. It's the best user interface I have tried. When we found EPIC we were a little skeptical. How could they really measure what was going on within the company based on a weekly survey? However, when we rolled it out we had 80% - 90% participation of our staff on a daily basis.
