Worst host ever my websites were down for over a week then back up and they went down again. Chris on the live chat was rude. He demanded money to get my sites back up. He blamed the WordPress installation and said it was my fault it went wrong. The new host I am with I have not had any issues. If you want a refund forget it you will not get one. Their servers are very poor. I am not the only one complaining. Appalling customer service
