I am sure I will soon be rating it 5 star. Anthony has been great in helping me understand the new process and terminology for Fishbowl. He and none of the staff of Fishbowl have ever rushed us or tried to get us off the phone when we called for help. The on-line help is amazing. We are able to watch the expert and then the expert can watch as we go thru the same steps. Every day I find Fishbowl easier to use and I am getting more and more out of it daily.
