The Visitor Management system has highly benfited us. A one stop shop for visitors and contractors to sign in and also the asset management component for keeping track of our visitor access cards. The flexibility the system offers is great; in particular the custom questionnaires and the triggers. The customer service is exceptional! The team has been fantastic with training and listening to the users' feedback and implementing those changes in the system. This truly is a testament to the commitment of their service and delivery to continuously improve. All in all, a very happy customer!
