Pros: Proudly South African, developed with our unique requirements and collective character in mind. Keeping up with the latest technological as well as other related developments at all times, responding positively to the requirements of individual clients as well as clients within a specific industry (in our case, the Higher Education (HE) sector). Finally, a helpdesk as well as other technical and client support services operating at the speed of light. Cons: Nothing, really! I can simply not think up anything! Recommendations to other buyers: Taking into consideration of, as well as knowing exactly what you want at the end, as well as response times expected and delivered upon. Also, needs arising from the specific industry in which you find yourself and the resulting power of "collective bargaining" as an industry and the response of the service provider thereto, as opposed to bargaining power as an individual client.
