I'm having an okay experience with you guys only because I think there could have been more improvement communication with two account managers, it would have made things a whole lot easier if I just had one because I would tell one something and the other might not have been fully aware or needed to get caught up on notes. I know that I'm in a specalized industry and that Jessica is more experienced in this niche but just let her be my primary contact. I have nothing against Mark, he is great but too many cooks in the kitchen is never good. Other than that our email marketing is doing kick ass and I'll update this review to five stars after we fix this little hiccup! Thanks Jessica :-*
