What I like most is that no matter what type of issue I'm facing, I always know that someone will be responding to me within 10-15 minutes with some kind of plan, or options regarding how to solve the problem. I also like that I recognize the same 3-4 names since I started with Globo.Tech 4 years ago. I always know that I'm going to get fast, friendly, reliable and competent service, and it leaves me feeling that my most important business asset has great people looking after it.
