We began using Tracker in 2011 and were really impressed with the level of support we received; the team are always on hand to deal with any issues and our initial migration across was seamless. The system is easy to navigate through and the training videos mean new users can pick it up and use it very quickly! Work flows make it easy to log calls, set up meetings, and send emails from one action which does speed up the admin and recruitment process. The on-line portal for candidates also makes submitting timesheets and getting them approved very easy and fast.
