As a niche recruitment business, Tracker provides us with everything we need and more in a database system. I reviewed several systems before settling on Tracker and it stacked up as the best in terms of ease of use, scalability, and cost effectiveness. We use only a relatively small amount of its full functionality and it's good to know that we can tap into plenty more as our business continues to grow.
