They need to have Negative 5 star rating available and I do not know if that would cover it. They moved my reseller account to another server and lost most of my databases and an entire website that cost me over $1000. They said they recently recycled the old server but earlier the same day they said they attempted a second transfer per my request. They will not even answer my requests or tickets now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE BAD NEWS!!!
