I recently came across WebWave website builder when I was learning website design. It is perfect for learning purposes because I can start creating a website from clean page and explore web design. When I finish the project I can publish a website under webwave domain for free. I don't have to pay for anything and can build and host as many websites as I want to. Good for website design portfolio. Now I also use Premium Plan as I started developing websites for customers.
