The platform is quite user friendly and easy to use for non IT personnel. It is a platform that really facilitate managing an event, making sure that everyone is registered, sharing all information of the workshops, producing reports and all other issues related to organising an event. We had some difficulties with printing the badges but the customer support was very useful in solving the problems.
