A company that had been our customer for years switched to this garbage, and now we get to pay for the privilege of sending them invoices for work that we have done for them, plus I have to invoice everything twice because I have to do it in our system, and again in the crappy Tungsten. POs are sometimes available when I go to invoice something...and sometimes they're not. We're not happy with this at all and we may end up declining to act as a vendor for this customer because they're foisting their AP duties onto their vendors with this garbage system. We have other customers who use terrible portals for invoicing, but at least they don't make us pay for it!

No longer can we batch email invoices and have them paid on time. Noooo, now I get to generate our invoice, then log into the "portal", and re-enter everything in their invoice template. We have one customer for which we use this pile of crap, and were they not one of our bigger accounts, we'd dump them as a customer rather than use Tungsten. Entering an invoice takes longer, POs that I received a month ago aren't entered into the system when the job is complete and I go to invoice, so I have to manually type everything in. Some POs just never show up for me to accept, some show up right away, some show up eventually; it's like PO Roulette. The interface is kludgy, and even though I have *one* customer that forces me to use this, I still have to enter the shipping address *every time* because it's different from billing. I saved it in the address book, but every time, it doesn't fill in the state and complains that it's a required field. Best of all, we get the privilege of paying to send invoices. I'd always thought invoicing was where customers pay us for work we've done, but no; it's where we pay some random middleman company, and eventually, our customers pay us. Stay far, far away from Tungsten; it is the WORST.

Terrible. One of our customers forces us to use Tungsten Networks, and unfortunately, they're a big enough customer that we can't just tell them to find another vendor. As for Tungsten itself, the interface is clunky and unintuitive. We use Tungsten for ONE customer, shipping to ONE location, and that's it, but I have to enter the customer name and the shipping address because it's different from billing...every time. I have to create the invoice in our system, then go and re-enter everything in the Tungsten "system" (those are sarcasm quotes). Speaking of their system, it's actually down at the moment, which is why I'm doing this and not tediously entering invoices after I've already created them once. All that, and we get the privilege of paying for it! Not that it matters to me; I instituted an invoicing surcharge, so they pay for their own stupid decision to switch to crappy Tungsten Networks.
