Pros: Speed, automation, reporting, Support desk Cons: Big learning curve. The account permissions, group permissions, course permissions, take a lot of getting used to. Comments (Benefits): We have been able to reduce manual data entry of training dates by using the reporting features. We have also been able to group employees by location, job title, specialty, etc.
