We paid for dhosting.com by going for the dynamic edge as it sounded very good and flexible. For the first 1 month it went okay. In the subsequent 2 weeks, my sites were down for more than 5-7 hours couple of times. I have had performance issues with databases and servers being very slow. We also faced "page not found" errors while downloading backups from dpanel, and were not able to connect to ssh for 3 weeks inspite of opening support tickets. There are some serious hosting issues with dhosting. We also lost a couple of potential customers due to these issues. Support is very slow and they dont respond fast. SSH connection issue was resolved after 3 weeks. I raised a ticket 3 weeks back asking for account cancellation and refund and was also acknowledged that I would get it. But nothing has happened since then. No refund yet. I expected any company to do better than this. They dont care about customers and my $205 is still with them, and they dont seem to care about issuing the refund or replying to my ticket about the same. Go with dhosting if you have time and money to waste.
