I switched to ZNetLive a few months ago after I had a lot of lengthy downtime with my previous host. My experience with ZNetLive was quite the opposite. ZNetLive?s customer service has been excellent. I have made use of their Live Chat feature a few times. CS agents were usually talking to me within 60 seconds, very helpful, and got my issues sorted out fast. I would definitely recommend ZNetLive!
