"Business Systems Project Analyst" What do you like best? Analytics - Reporting. The support received from the Auckland team and SA team is very good. Yearly meet up gives us an product update and a forum to meet other users. What do you dislike? Reporting Licence restriction. Idu Analytics reporting feature is restricted by IDU users. Cost associated to Reporting Licence can restrict small and NFP organizations from using the analytics? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are in the process of testing out IDU Business intelligence. Showcasing Idu Analytics on O365 SP online. This would help with reaching out to wider audience.
