"We looked everywhere... nothing beats BigTime!" What do you like best? We're a professional service firm where tracking employee time against various different tasks is crucial to billing. BigTime software has met all our needs and exceeded all expectations. The software's ability to adapt and be customized to our specific needs is perfect. Technical support has always been there when we needed it and product updates are great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? BigTime software allows us to completely customize our time tracking and billing procedures to make monthly invoicing a breeze. Having the ability to breakdown tasks as needed for each project is great. The software's ability to completely customize invoices for each type of client is a huge benefit. Also, tracking of project expenses couldn't be any easier.
