After getting in touch with a few providers who put me on hold for ages to let me know that their prices were extortionate, Rob answered the phone instantly with a very welcoming voice and came up with a very useful and bespoke plan that was a no brainer! Ever since, BackupVault have provided a hassle free service, and were always at the other end of the phone when needed. Would recommend them to anyone.
