Hello, my name is Josefina, I am a Mexican student of the degree in international business administration, which consists of a global conception of the environment, deals with issues related to the internationalization processes of organizations, and deals with applying in business the concepts, techniques and administrative processes of their own through deliberate internationalization actions. Therefore, the program trains administrators with leadership competencies and strategic and prospective vision of the world, knowledge of multicultural, ethnic and foreign language environments, in such a way that they drive internal and external changes in the organizations and businesses where they operate. For this reason GanttPRO is an excellent program that will give me the opportunity to exercise our goal is project management using the Gantt chart. The graphic design allows to visualize the breakdown of tasks or programmed activities, the events or milestones in the development of the project, in addition to the hierarchical relationships and interdependence between tasks.
