I really like using Unanet. It's generally easy to figure out and is a big help for our timekeeping efforts. I like that you can customize setup and reminders and generate all kinds of reports as an admin. It's also great for keeping track of PTO accruals and use for our staff. There are, however, a few drawbacks in the usefulness of the billing tracking functions for our use. The interface could also be a bit more intuitive for admin users when trying to modify certain setups. That being said, customer service is always very helpful when I call. I will note that when I first started using Unanet a few years ago, I was able to get someone immediately when I called customer service. Now, I generally have to leave a message and wait to schedule a call (always within a day).
