Annual Renewal Scam!! They hide pricing then won't refund! I used them one year ago. It was an okay website. One year later I got a bill for $95.40 for an additional year. I was given no warning notice of the renewal and when I contacted the company (on the same day I received the charge) they refused to refund my money. I tried to work with them but got multiple canned responses about their no refund policy and they threatened my credit rating. That is not the way a reputable website operates. I get that the "annual renewal" scam is common, but when I have requested refunds from other websites they have always complied. Clearly they are not about service and only about taking customers money.
