Excellent service at all hoursI just bought a rather tricky .om domain name and Hani was so gracious with his time to help me navigate the tricky registration process. I was emailing at all hours and he would get right back to me even if he wasn't at work to let me know he'd look into it the next day. You could tell he really cared which is rare in customer service, especially in customer service for domain names. I'll be a loyal user of 101domains because of Hani. I really appreciate the support he's given me to make the process of the .om smooth and painless.
