"Best ATS I've Used" What do you like best? Ease of use and navigation, layout of candidate profiles, reporting, data and analytics features, the vast ability to customize everything in the system based on company needs, the customer support team has always been very responsive and helpful, the integration capabilities with many other vendors for background checks, skills testing, etc. What do you dislike? There aren't many major ones. Most would be minor suggestions for improvement. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a remote team and need to be able to accommodate the many incoming candidates we have across the nation. JazzHR has provided us with a seamless experience that allows us to reach those individuals, as well as review them all in a timely manner.
