With the implementation of Recognition PRO, we have transitioned from always identifying the things employees do wrong & correcting them to a culture of acknowledging the things employees do right and recognizing them on a daily basis. The results are that we now find our employees making better decisions that positively impact our business, employees & especially our customers. One of the most rewarding things about having the Recognition PRO application a part of our business is seeing the positive reactions of the managers after they receive the reactions from our employees who have just been recognized for a job well done. It’s quite wonderful and sustaining. After the initial launch of the Recognition Pro application, our employees & managers went from a mindset of apprehension to excitement & appreciation in a very short period.
