The app works well. Been a customer for a year or more , just ran into a problem due to work issues during the coronavirus. Chat session was rude, disrespectful without resolving the issue. There will be plenty of issues during the worse time we've seen in the world and earnin could be more helpful and understanding during this time I have no choice but to see what happens
