“IDU - is great!!” Overall: We had a successful implementation. IDU's customer service is really good. IDU consultants supported us well and IDU staff are solution oriented. Pros: It intuitive and easy to use. Running reports is quick. It was easy to integrate with our processes. Cons: There are a number of customised reports and one needs to go through quite a long list to see what is relevant for needs. Perhaps group into headings.
