Doxo is the most user unfriendly organization I’ve ever dealt with and that’s over a 50 year time span and with a sizable number of mortgage cos. I’m convinced they’ve structured everything to charge fees by hook or by crook. I’ve talked to them by phone on several occasions which virtually always worked but not with Doxo. They have set up things so it’s impossible or nearly so to do what every other co does as standard practice. I have tried for months to set up autopay but it’s still not done and they’ve created a new and more difficult hoop to not do so again. Can’t believe they’re still in business. But , of course , it’s difficult and expensive to change your mortgage carrier so they just keep rolling along.
